Need to use Samsung education. EPP may also work but I don't have.

It's 1800R curvature for those wondering.
You'd want curved for a 34"ultrawide. I used to use a flat 29" ultrawide, which was fine. I've used both flat and curved 34" ultrawides, and curved is the way to go.
Best price so far, I believe. Front page deal was 799.99 seven months ago. Thanks for posting!
664 is tempting. 1 year warranty worries me.

It's worth noting that, unlike some competitors, Samsung's 1-year warranty doesn't cover burn-in in North America, though this may vary from region to region.

I saw this monitor, the Dell, and the 45" LG at bestbuy. The picture looked unbelievably terrible on all three, especially considering multiple reviews. Whoever chose how to display these monitors in the store has done a huge disservice.

I bought the "too large dpi" 45" LG and the picture exceeded my expectations. I played on of those OLED demos off of youtube (the one with the honey dipper) and it was everybit as good as the TV demos.

😎..That honey dipper is iconic!

(Rocking the Alienware 34 OLED myself, and I'm tempted- this is a fantastic price..!

(Op, Thank you for posting it!)

It's personal taste, and I think the implementation for productivity makes me feel okay about having spent $200 bucks more on the Alienware -
And for everyone worried about warranty.. Best buy wont do this price, but get the warranty extension and they might come close to matching?
They gave me a pretty good deal on their in-house warranty!

After owning the Alienware 34 OLED for about 2 months, I would say the OLED isn't particularly worth the extra hyper. Yes the YouTube HDR Tokyo walk video looks fantastic on the alienware, but yet I cannot find a single video (HDR) on Netflix or my owned library show a perceptible difference to me than a VA panel. I don't game FPS a lot, so ghosting is not a concern to me.

better go with Dell - same matrix, 3 year warranty. I purchased 2 additional years to have 5 total.

I would disagree with that. I got it for games and it is as good as my S95B OLED. I paid $800 and cannot be more happy with a purchase. 3K resolution is great (again for gaming). I think OLED is pure awesome with 1000 nit pick brightness and 0.03 sec response. I use highest settings even in FPS shooters as I enjoy seeing games elements so vivid!

Here we go with the 3K thing again. This is not a 3K monitor. It's UWQHD. Look at 3K on the chart, then look at this resolution: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gra...resolution
