Fan noise and a tad small for productivity.
Pros:
120 Hz OLED looks great in minimal lighting.
2.8k screen
100% sRGB
<1ms GTG response time
3.8 lbs
lightweight charger
usb-c charging
aluminum lid and bottom casing
fingerprint reader for windows hello
full-powered 4060 (105 watts, nvidia's voltage limit makes higher wattage 4060 perform the same)
long battery life with option to use iGPU only
two m.2 slots
fully customizable fan curves
rapid charge
adaptive refresh rate
Also cons:
weak but clear speakers
single color, two-level keyboard backlight
no numpad
no rj45 port
soldered RAM
The OLED is very bright to me - I have it at 60% most of the time, 75% in brighter environments. I also believe there is an anti-glare coating on the screen as the glare is nothing like a standard device with a glossy screen.

A couple other pros that haven't been listed:
- Quiet mode is surprisingly decent for gaming. There's at least one video detailing this, but Lenovo is able to scale back the AMD CPU's power draw under quiet mode to such a low power draw that the PC can devote more wattage to the 4060 while still keeping thermals under control with lower fan noise as a result. They aren't the most demanding games, but with both Company of Heroes 3 and Total War: Warhammer 3 I had no issues playing long sessions in silent mode with the dGPU at good framerates. Per Jarrod, the Slim 5 14 under stress testing allocates 64.3W to the 4060 and 10.7W to the CPU. In comparison, the Asus G14 with 4060 can muster 54.9W and 25W respectively and is a tad louder using its quiet mode, but I'd much rather have the extra wattage on the GPU since the CPU is unlikely to be the bottleneck at higher resolutions.
- The screen sits on top of the main chassis, so it's closer to you when open and in use. I was originally planning on buying the aforementioned Asus G14 instead, but the extra half-inch of screen real estate with the Legion and the placement of the screen on top of the chassis makes it feel significantly more immersive than the screen being "behind" the chassis as well as sitting low on the table like the Asus. The difference in height made a surprisingly big difference in the amount of leaning I naturally resort to when using a laptop screen.
Finally, just a heads up that the AmEx $100 rebate for $1200+ purchase direct from Lenovo is back in effect through April in case you wanted to customize this laptop instead of purchasing the pre-spec'd model from Best Buy.
In the description it says glossy, but in the feature details it say…
14" OLED display
SuperBright technology with matte finish maintains the vivid colors in your movies, photos and videos while also reducing glare. 2880 x 1800 resolution
It's also surprisingly thin and light (can hold with one hand by its corner like a MacBook Air)
Keyboard is also amazing to type on.
ONLY real con for me are the speakers. They suck even worse than I expected. They are "fine" but I would say they are far from enjoyable.

You probably saw a different model on display, these are not on display in most stores.
