First I couldn't figure out why it was only 150mg in Caffein, and then I saw this was for the 12oz version.

Increased to the 16oz with 200mg of caffein and after the extra 25% discount price came to $14.10+

At the risk of a "I don't have a time machine" comment, for those interested in price history, the 1 6oz 12-pack was $9.24 back in Nov. 2023, according to my order history.

This is the only C4 that works, gives me the tingles before workout

Beta-Alanine. You can buy that in bulk and make your own if you like that feeling.

Anything with enough niacin will give you the "tingles"
I think I read that Beta-Alanine can also cause tingles but I closed the browser tab therefore I do not know where I read that.

In International society of sports nutrition position stand: Beta-Alanine | Journal of the International Society of Sports Nutrition [biomedcentral.com] it says:
Quote :
research suggests that beta-alanine requires a chronic loading dose of 4 to 6 g daily in divided doses of 2 g or less, for a minimum of two weeks .... with greater benefits seen after 4 weeks
Therefore using it as a supplement seems good.
