Definitely. Though, the 512GB/16GB ones are usually more expensive than this. But 6th gen is a bit long on the tooth. Is that 2016?

BTW you can install 11 on a machine without TPM if you want to, I did, but decided I didn't like 11. Root around on the net to see how it's done.
