Looks like this is the best price for the 2017 Showtime season that I have seen. Waiting for a new sale of the Twin Peaks: The Television Collection that has both the 90s CBS series and 2017 Showtime series.
Garmonbozia 😋
First time I watched through this event series I was so frustrated because I wanted Cooper. The second time I watched through this I enjoyed it for what it was and loved it.
No matter what, though, that ending will leave your jaw on the floor.

For me the ending was more of a, "WTF Just Happened!
I loved the original and the second one does not have THE Cooper.
Also, is a little sad to see all your characters to return so much older and some people like the log lady passed away after filming her scenes.
This is back to the price I paid about 4 years ago.

Yes, I never expected that ending. What a bizarre direction for DL to choose. Also, DL was surely teasing people by dragging on Cooper's ordeal, just like he teased people in the S2 finale by having the old bank employee shuffling for a few minutes when so much was happening with so little time left to finish.
IIRC the episode about the creation of Bob has no dialog in it. It's just 40+ minutes of DL imagery. After I finished the series, I had to look up interpretations to see if I understood what was going on, such as the lizard in the desert and what exactly Judy was. I was totally surprised by what happened to Laura Dern's character when she was being questioned. I still don't understand lots of it, but nobody could argue DL's mind isn't very bizarre and creative.

Well, if you can't get THE Cooper you have to settle for A Cooper some of the time.
