Select Home Depot Stores [homedepot.com] (link for reference only) have RIDGID 18V Cordless Oscillating Multi-Tool Kit with (2) 2.0 Ah Batteries and Charger (R86241KSB) [homedepot.com] on Clearance Sale for $70 valid for In-Store Purchase Only. Store staff indicates that original MSRP was around $140 and I saw it at $80 about 4 weeks ago, so price seems to be dropping, if you can find them. Please check with your local store to purchase at this price.

This is NOT the Brushless version and it only has 2Ah batteries, but it has two of them plus a charger. If you have the Ridgid Ecosystem, these two batteries are worth the price alone. This R86241 Kit includes (2) 2.0 Ah Batteries, Charger, Cordless Oscillating Multi-Tool, Sanding Pad, Sandpaper, Segment Saw Blade, Flush Cut Blade, and Operator's Manual.

Note: Availability is limited to in-store purchase at select locations only. Use Brickseek and go to the store and look for them. There is no other way.

Features:
  • Powerful motor provides up to 20,000 oscillations per minute (OPM)
  • Enhanced ergonomic design delivers superior comfort and control
  • 3.2° oscillation angle for fast cutting through a variety of material
  • Tool-free accessory changes for increased productivity
  • Accepts most multi-tool accessories without the need for an adapter
  • Conveniently located on/off switch
  • Variable speed dial provides ultimate control in a variety of applications
  • 100% Compatible: Works with all RIDGID 18V Batteries, Tools, and Chargers
  • Lifetime Service Agreement with registration within 90 days of purchase

Usually it is. HD and Lowes seem to have price drops unique to each store, in my experience. You'll have to find a store that has both stock, and the reduced price.

In my area it's like a treasure hunt to find some of these deals. Only go if you're gonna make the trip anyway. Very low success rate.

One left in Doraville GA. Marked down to $50. Supposedly the store on Cumberland has two left as well.
