I've been watching this particular workbench for some time, waiting for a sale. It's down to $999.99 from $1299.99 through 3/31/2024. It's the Trinity Pro model with manually adjustable height top, which should be useful and may also allow clamping to it.
Reviews are largely positive, although some people mention damage during shipping or even receiving a damaged item in good packaging, so there may be some question as to quality control. Hoping I don't have to schlep a 440 pound item back to my nearest Costco.

it adjusts up to 49"… which is the whole point of the workbench.
For most home users two of these would be better and cheaper

Not sure if they addressed this issue either, but the center doors are really flimsy and loud when you open them. I ended up bracing the panels with wood which solved the issue, but still felt like a weird oversight on a unit that otherwise felt well made.

Will it still be easy to move around with 8 swiveling wheels? 🤔
Or 4 locked and 4 swiveling but 2 each on opposite ends?
Probably not, but most people don't move them around often. Something with more drawers will be 1000% more useful than this thing.
