The 4090 is twice the price of a 4080 Super but isn't twice the performance, going by the benchmarks. And for a gaming rig, I would've expected one of the X3D chips.

Chose multiple cards and 2000 wit chase freedom for 5% CB, 700 with Amex for 120CB and 10% off coupon with new account will result in 2570$ after tax. Don't forget add the CB promo to the cards before buying… hard to beat this price with a new build when the GPU is 1900$ and CPU is 480$… This is what I did.

I parts pickered a very similar setup with some better items like better ram for under $2500.
