If that makes you feel blur with text itself(not for the dimmed color) , you should go to a better IPS monitor, current oled suffers a lot with their pixel lining as they were not RGB arrangement and usually not in a rectangular alignment (which makes text have a slight colored sheen when you take very close look, but the feeling vary person by person)
And of course, most OLED monitor's anti burn algorithm will gradually shut the brightness down when they detect the image displayed is not changing much(which is typical for office text use)
So yeah, if you need to heavy use for both office and gaming, you need to consider something else.

Hdmi 2.1 could be a reason if a monitor has that input.
