About this item:
Automatic speed control of the motherboard through the 4PIN PWM fan cable interface, which can determine the speed according to the temperature of the motherboard, with a maximum speed of 1550RPM. Configured with up to 55cm of cable for PWM series control of fans, ideal for cases and CPU coolers.
The carefully developed quality S-FDB bearings solve the problem of pc cooling fan blade shaking in lifting mode, keeping fan noise to a minimum while providing maximum cooling performance when needed and extending the life of the fan.
The case fan is equipped with four soft material silicone corner pads on all four sides, which can reduce the vibration and friction caused by the rotation of the fan, perfectly reducing noise and allowing low noise operation, so that cooling can be carried out in low noise.
Model: TL-C12C X3, Size: 120*120*25mm, Speed: 1550RPM±10%, Noise ≤ 25.6dBA Connector: 4pin pwm, Current: 0.20A, Air Pressure: 1.53mm H2O, Air Flow: 66.17CFM, Higher air flow for improved cooling performance.
3 good fans for $14? PMW, ARGB, and even vibration insulation. TR makes the best bang for buck air cooler right now. So I'm getting these. 9 for a large case. corsair fans would set you back a kidney.

This is the regular price. I have 2 sets in a tower 500 and look and work great for the price.
I ordered three black a few weeks ago. One of the fans was received cracked. I contacted the mfg through amazon, provided a pic, and all the customer service requested was my address. Had a replacement the next day.
One of the installed fans had a bit of a rattle that went away and stayed away after a few taps. I plan on buying more, if not only because they painlessly stand behind their product and I know if it's not right, they'll make it right. Not the quietest of fans, but I haven't tried controlling their speed. They look great.
Yep, they have been this price since December. Before that they were $14. Not sure why this is popping up as a Slickdeal when it's the regular every day price.

I got these a year ago. $12ish. They're great for the price. They have daisychaining which is pretty rare for the price. I recommend them unless you have really silent applications and want the premium fans.
How do these compare to Arctic p12? Looking to pickup a bundle for a budget build using leftover parts
The P12 is good, but the upgraded P12 Max is the best budget fan. And it's only $10 on Amazon. Just picked up two to replace some super fast with great airflow - but SUPER loud - ones. I've gotten tired of the noise (especially after it was very audible on a podcast I recently recorded!)
The P12 Max, should be a good "best of both worlds" situation: a bit louder than many fans, but way more airflow/cooling. And cheap, too.

Ha, I'm doing the same thing. Recently installed p12 on my main rig, it's nice and quiet compare to the corsair sp120 was on there. I recently revived and cleaned my coffee damage x570 tomahawk, I was thinking of buying these thermalright instead of p12 since it is put together of "leftover parts"

They just always run on low for me & I don't hear them unless high load at idle, great RGB fans for the $$
Very happy with all my Thermalright items.
