I bought the white unit recently at Walmart for $350, got 1.5% CB from my credit card and will get another 10% credit card shopping rewards. This is lower than recent sales of $342. It's great if you have the Amazon Chase card for another 5-6% rewards.

I have a 1500 ish sq ft house. My living room/dinning room and then family room all are open and flow together. Then have hallways to the 2 bedrooms and bathroom.
I have Winix 5500-2 in my family room. I like it but felt it wasn't enough because the one wall here connecting those rooms is between the dining room/family room which is like a half a wall in the way.
I have 2 cats and was still seeing a lot of dust. I recently picked up a Shark Clean Sense 1350 and put it in the dining room and I'm liking it so far. But I'm torn on if I should get another unit still. I was going to move the Winix to the bedroom.

You want to look at Air Changes per Hour (ACH) EPA recommends that the air be completed filtered 4.8 times in an hour, keep in mind that th air change is based on the highest fan setting. Below is the ACH for Conway 400.
1 air change/hour 3,120 ft² (290 m²)
2 air changes/hour 1,560 ft² (145 m²)5

But if you're trying to clear out allergies you want to look at the Clean Air Delivery Rate (CADR). For a room size of 600sq ft you want a CADR of 390

It is suggested to get a larger air purifier because then to don't have to have the purifier on the high fan mode to get the best numbers.

Thanks, I wish the wifi version was on sale for this price so I could set a schedule. I don't like the timer, and it only goes up to 8 hours. Going to use it with a Samsung smart plug, and schedule it that way.
Silent HEPA is just a marketing term. It isn't a real HEPA filter.
