Some people don't experience S95C 65" dropouts, but when it happens it's frustrating. My wife and I played through Final Fantasy VII REMAKE on Steam, and I can't tell you how many times it dropped out. It's random as well. It would drop the audio at various points. It would completely dropout during cutscenes. I experienced similar dropouts with the QN900D 65". I wanted to see how the new One Connect Box handled 4K240 etc.
If anyone is curious, I'm forced to use the longer wall Fiber Optic One Connect Cable because my TV is wall mounted. The only time you can use the shorter One Connect Cable is if you install the One Box on the back of the pedestal stand. I tried $300 worth of HDMI 2.1 cables from various manufacturers (Zeskit Maya, AudioQuest, Ruipro, FIBRE and UGREEN.) I made sure the cables were 6ft or less.
If you get the S95C, QN900D, or any Samsung TV with a One Connect Box, make sure everything works before your return window closes.

If you look at the top overall usage the G3 rated better.
I compared the C3 vs 90c, both calibrated.
The C3 was overall better, its processing produced a more accurate picture.
The 90c might be a "huge difference" on paper but its processing lags behind.
Without the higher nit(brightness) quality of DV the 90c can definitely lag behind.
Is it a "huge difference" & not close by a "long shot", of course not that's silly!
They are both very good displays and couldn't go wrong with either! 👍🏻
FWIW, I found a 77" LG C3 for $1999 in-store at Costco with a 5 year warranty if you need an OLED TV in a hurry.
I live in the middle of nowhere so no chance to sell the old set other than to practically give it away.

This seems like a great deal

Any chance you have a receipt picture?

In the same boat, but live in a populated area, lol.. No one wants my 77 C1. Oh well.. Will wait for *hopefully* a 77 S89D/S90D w/ a Gen 3.
EDIT: Found a buyer for my 77 C1! Grabbing a S89C asap!
First, thank you to those who replied to me the other day about transporting this. I borrowed a truck from a coworker, strapped the upright box down like a madman, and white knuckled it 90 miles home.
But the TV survived! Mine was Open Box Excellent and looks brand new. I ran a few different test videos and the panel looks awesome.
Motion- I haven't experienced any of the motion issues that others have mentioned at all so far. After tweaking some settings, I watched the masters on YouTube tv yesterday and things looked great. NBA as well. I'm going to fire up some NFL highlights on YouTube tonight which will be a real test. I'll update if things are bad.
Spider Man 2 on PS5 looks AMAZING (heh) versus my X900F. Can't wait to check out some 4K blus this week too.
Overall I'm pumped. I did get the 5 year Geek Squad warranty as well. So basically Open Box + Warranty + long stressful drive = same as the sale price and convenience of delivery, but no warranty. For me it was worth it. For others with more $ maybe not.
But so far, loving this TV. Looks like it's only available for local pickup now and not delivery anymore. Open Box prices have also risen. If you're on the fence I'd pull the trigger, or watch like a hawk for deals on the 77" C3. Once those LGs are cleared out I'm guessing the next big sale will be Black Friday. Good luck everyone and thanks again to those who helped me with the advice.
