How did you payoff the phone (online or in a corporate store)? Did you ever put the Verizon sim (that came with the iPhone from Walmart) into the iPhone?
The Verizon customer support as well as the chat has explicitly told me that the device is not eligible to be paid off until 5/16/2024. They'll definitely make you pay the activation fee ($40) and one month's prepaid bill of $60.
This is no longer worth it!
