My local Target had the 65" Samsung The Frame TV on clearance for $999.99 of a out $950 with the Red card. I put YMMV because I have no idea how widely available this deal may be. They had several other TVs on clearance as well for pretty good prices. Here are some other examples...

I checked pretty much every Target around SoCal yesterday. No dice. All of the ones showing 1 in stock are the floor display models. Some Targets are willing to sell them to you for an additional discount, but all of them were heavily scratched.
