Great chair, when it goes on sale for this price. If you're a little over 5'10 you need to do the head rest hack (took 10 mins). If youre rocking a little more padding on the side and rear I recommend the Dexley. Also roller blade wheels made this much more comfortable to sit on.

Go to the store and try them out, it didn't feel great for me
Bought this chair last time it was on sale and I got what I paid for. It's a 100 dollar chair. Tried the headrest hack and I didn't work well for me. I'm 5'10 but have a long waist and my shoulders still bumped into the headrest. It was very uncomfortable as it pushed my neck too forward, where I just found it easier to remove it completely. Arm rests feel very cheap like they could break if there's too much weight on it. Wheels are crap. Overall I don't regret the purchase since it was a cheaper chair but it does feel like it's cheap.

A lot of weird body people out here. I have owned 3 of these chairs in the past 8 years or more, still have 2 just gave away 1. all great and hold up fantastic except for the arm pad. i highly recommend these chairs. 5" 11" height 210LB male.

I have three, lost one...and might just buy another one. Nothing else comes close at this ballpark price range.

Dexley is the way better chair if you're 5'11" ish or taller like I am. Tried the Hyken and the headrest just dug into my shoulder. Didn't use the headrest hack as most say it helps, but the Dexley just felt better overall out the box.

If it shows out of stock, check with the store. My store showed out of stock until May 24th but had 5 on the shelves. There is also a $10 coupon in the app for instore purchases.

It's a nice chair for $90 but still think I prefer leather, maybe this will grow on me or I'll give it to my son. He'll like it because the mesh looks high tech.

I have tried both and being a fat 250 lbs 6 ft guy, the dexley is more comfortable but the hyken is really good and best part is the back tilt sticks unlike the dexley.

PS: do spend the 15 USD and get the additional insurance. My first dexley went bad within 14 months (the stitching came loose) - all I did was upload some pictures and I got the cash again to buy my next dexley for actually cheaper that the 139 I had originally paid for. Got some misc stuff ~ 40 bucks. The insurance paid for itself.

I didn't get the insurance but I had the back break on me and they sent me a new cylinder and back without hassle. I purchased it 4 years ago as well. Im 6'2" 200lb

correction. i got dexley. but the company was good about thier manufacturer warranty is all

The weirdest thing about this chair is that the seat inclines up (meaning the back of the seat sits lower than the front of the seat) which is a really awkward angle to sit out. I'm a 5'8" 180lb male. Good news is Staples took it back with no issue. It was just a PITA to disassemble and put it back in the box.

I ended up buying a used Steelcase Leap V2 for a few hundred bucks more, I know it's not in the budget for most looking at a $100 chair, but being that I work completely from home, I'm glad I spent the money because it was/is a great investment.

Bought this in 2020, I'm 5'11" 190lbs. I never even attached the headrest. I'm working at a computer, so I don't ever really recline that I'd need a headrest.

Seat has held up well. If it's sagging more than day one, I don't notice it. Arm rests are good. Wheels have been fine.

I like that others have reported that if the seat was to rip or sag, the warranty does cover it and they'll send you a replacement part. I think it's a long warranty period. But don't recall how long.
Edit- it's 7 years.
Thanks for telling us! I didnt think it would be covered, but just checking the email for the order #, it is the exact same listing (different model, probably). I was able to email them, and get the seat (bad form padding is ripped and broken) and the 2 broken armrest (crack/ripped) replaced for free. that's basically the only thing wrong with it after 4 years

Save me $110 and replacing it. Didn't think that to call manufacture about such the office chair parts. This is a first for me. Most warranty item has a requirement that you shipped it back, or dont pay for shipping, etc.

the email was [email protected] (they do required that you sent them the model # and manuf. date from the label under the seat) but quick and they'll shipped it out to me in 7 business day. Got it done in less than 20-30min (excluding the email that i sent). they called me for the rest and got done in 10min!

Definitely need to do the headrest hack. I'm 5'11" and without the hack the headrest like between my shoulder blades. Suggest anyone over 5'7"-5'8" do it.

Otherwise, this is a great chair and warranty is good. Been using mine since pre pandemic.

I got this from a similar sale in February, and as a 5'11" and 165lb guy, have been disappointed in the comfort. That headrest is in my shoulder blades as I type this. Thank you for mentioning the headrest hack — gonna go try it out!

I'm short, 5'3" and 144lb. The headrest fits just right. Can't imagine how a taller person than me could use it. And the seat is okay. The seat edge presses against my thighs and will make it numb after sitting for a while. I have to use the chair base to rest my feet on to alleviate the numbness at times. I'll keep the chair still.

I love this chair, hours and hours of gaming/work and absolutely no issues. I've purchased two of these within the last 8-10 years and couldn't be happier. Recommended it to friends and family and they too have been satisfied with it. I'd definitely recommend it @ this price. They go on sale a couple times a year around the 100-120 range so you can expect this deal to come back around based on its history.

I have two of these chairs. They're not quite as good as my HM Aeron chair, but not much worse. A steal at this price. Full mesh is the way to go.
