Limited time deal for a 5-pack at $18.99.
The 3-pack price on the same listing is $15.00.
I own and am currently using these 6 foot cables for Super Fast Charging 2.0 on my Samsung device. Good quality and charging capability for the price.
Note: I don't recommend the 10 foot length of these cables as I could not get consistent fast charging and would have frequent charging power drops and lower wattage while monitoring the charging wattage input with that length compared to the 6 foot length.
Edit to add: I advise testing each of the cables in a multi-pack to confirm they accomplish the charging type/speed you need (for example, Super Fast Charging 2.0). I say this because upon testing all cables from a multi-pack I received today, 1 of the cables from the pack would sometimes say Super Fast Charging 2.0, but mostly just Super Fast Charging. The others in the pack indicate 2.0 every time, so it looks like I just had 1 defective cable. Anker does have a lifetime warranty on this cable for some peace of mind (while they still exist anyway...).

"What You Get: 2-Pack Anker 333 USB-C to USB-C Cable (6ft Nylon), hook and loop cable tie, welcome guide, lifetime warranty, and friendly customer service."
Also, here's a link to their site that states the same about lifetime warranty.

Will these work to get the Ally to switch to the 30w power profile with a compatible power bank?

Yes, this cable model has the lifetime warranty. It may not indicate it in this listing with the multi-packs, but you can see in the other Anker 333 cable listing indicating lifetime warranty.

Are Anker USB-C to USB-C cables USB-IF certified?
Please note that only Powerline II USB-C to USB-C (A8481/A8482), Powerline II USB-C to USB-C 3.1 Gen 2 (A8485), Powerline Select+ USB-C to USB-C (A8033), Powerline+ III USB-C to USB-C (A8863/A8862), and Powerline+ II USB-C to USB-C (A8443) are USB-IF certified USB-C to USB-C cables.
USB-IF is a voluntary logo certification that requires an annual fee of tens of thousands of dollars to get a vendor identifier. We will apply for mandatory and necessary certificates according to the demands of different types of cables in their local markets. Rest assured that all of our cables meet the requirements of the USB-IF certificate.
