Played it for PC; I'd give it a B/B- compared to other "pick everything up" point and click games.

It's not bad and there are some laughs, but also a lot of callbacks to the original game from 15 years ago and the ending wasn't especially satisfying. Probably worth $5 at any rate.

I liked this game, but can't imagine the point-and-click experience to be the same on XBOX. This style of game was made for mouse & keyboard.

I played Broken Sword 5, Return to Monkey Island, Grim Fandango, Full Throttle, the new King's Quest, and Day of the Tentacle on Xbox and Quest for Infamy (great guy, btw) on PS5, and the point and click interface really isn't nearly as cumbersome as you'd think. Think of clicking items like lining up a sniper headshot in an FPS like Halo, CoD, or Gears of War.

Some of the P&C games even allow you to turn on "hotspot hints" where you can tap a button and highlight all the points of interest on the current screen so you aren't searching endlessly for the needle in a haystack when you get stuck.

They've really done a lot to make the controller interface very serviceable and minimally frustrating. I cannot think of a single time I was wishing for KB/M with the above titles, so if you like P&C games, there's really no reason to skip them even if you don't have a PC.
