Crescent 1/4" drive 6 point 10mm metric socket. Who doesn't need an extra 10mm socket or two? I always seem to lose this size.

I wonder if anyone has compiled stats on the most used (and lost) sockets... 10mm must be at the top possibly followed by 12mm and SAE 1/2 and 9/16. I have in the past purchased at least 1-2 small socket kits on sale during thanksgiving sales in MM or SAE just to replenish my missing sockets. I have a quite a collection of "extra" sockets in a bin. I was not aware of the HF 10mm collection.... great idea. What is also strange is I seem to never lose the 4-7mm sockets even if I drop the whole set in the yard.

The real trick is to place an order for "42" 10mm sockets. This magic number will briefly rip a hole in the space time continuum allowing your existing 10mm sockets to fall back in to the third dimension. Run back to the garage and locate your missing 10mm sockets and quickly place them back in toolbox!!. Immediately after returning them to the toolbox cancel your Order. It works 60% of the time every time. youre welcome
