Looks like it can be upgraded to 32GB (16Gb x 2) of DDR5 5600.

But at almost 6 lbs. Bit heavy for me. But I would recommend otherwise....

I got an excellent open box one for $479 at my local - it was the last one left at my store - I wonder what the max you can upgrade this to is? Some sites I was reading 32gb ram, 1tb ssd - then I read someone upgrading to 64gb ram and even more ssd

(I tried for the lower priced open box models but none were available nearby)

The qvl list is a verified list from the manufacturer, meaning they tested those cpu ram combos and they worked. It does not cover every combo, so you may find a combo that works that isn't on the list, but the manufacturer cant guarantee it will work having not tested it. So basically, you won't know until you try it.
