Nice price on this set. We have a TCL 65" 6 series that's still going strong. It needed a TCon board replacement within warranty, that's it. It's at least 6 or 7 years old.
Samsung makes their screens in Korea but the TVs are built in china.
LG tvs outside of their oleds have garbage screens.
Most of the components on every TV are all sourced from China anyways. But I think I'll be avoiding TCL and Vizio indefinitely.

Mine was a 60" from 2017, the picture quality was so poor that it was hard to tell 1080p from 4k, and forget trying to tell differences in variations of 4k or high vs low bitrate. Bad backlight uniformity, bad contrast ratio, dim image, washed out image no matter how much I tried to fix it, flat image with no depth, just terrible and rtings agreed at the time. Sadly I didn't check reviews before buying.
I sure hope newer sets are better, rtings says they are, they must be or nobody would be buying them.
I replaced it with a hisense u8g 65 and that was so much better, but obviously a newer generation of panel, and then bit the bullet and got an a80j77 oled and have not looked back.
After OLED it would be hard to accept less, I'm spoiled now, although I am looking forward to brighter oled panels or whatever the next winning technology is in whatever I get next.

I had a couple LG plasmas before that and they were only 1080p but they were a better overall PQ than the early 4k LG LED.
