Link doesn't work for me, and Chrome isn't translating the whole page so I can't tell if it's going to charge me or not... Any good Samaritans have any tips for this dummy?

You won't be charged for this, just checked and it's still free. Microsoft has a weird system in which if you try to purchase something with a different country, you need to add a new payment method or have currency to that country onto your account. What browser are you using out of curiosity? Link is working fine for me in Chrome but I know others in this thread are also having issues.
