1 - you dont know yet whats the next gen gpu coming in Q4 can do
2 - if for once you can future proof, why not
3 - this is $700 the dell 32 240hz 4k is $1000 or less, not a earth shattering difference for the specs improvement .
4 - being on slickdeals does not mean buy the absolute cheapest for me, it means buy the best bang for the buck for what i want !

Only open box at my store was in Fair condition. If it was better I would have bought it.

Does it have the remainder of the Dell warranty?

And are you able to add Geek Squad protection to an open box item?

I just bought it Open Box Excellent for $525. Hopefully it works out!
Same here. I went to another CB site where they had a 10% off BB purchases so that helped, and I'm a total tech member which they gave me another $50 store credit from spending $500 so not a bad deal at all.

Mine had a good condition for $512. I'm really tempted. Help push me over the edge.

If you have an Amex card. You can get $105 in cashback for purchases over 550$. Just add the deal to the card and make the purchase on dell.com

I'm worried that it says "scratches"
Also not sure if I should wait for a ~40" 4K.

The 175hz g-sync version has better hdr.
The amd freesync version (this one) has upgradable firmware.
I have 0 faith dell will fix the hdr. Since its "good enough"
I own the 175hz version and its hdr is jaw dropping. Most of the time I'm not impressed with hdr. But the 175hz version of this monitor single handedly changed that.

Hope this helps

Says $749.99 for me, not $700. I really like the 32" 4k version. I think I'm going to hold off for now.
