Anyone considering the more expensive phone should consider IP65 rating . Not as good as a pixel 7a as the sony can barely take a splash of water vs pixel 7a can go into 1 meter of water
The Google Pixel 7a has an IP67 dust and water resistance rating. Technically this means that the Pixel 7a should be able to survive encounters with spilled liquids and even being submerged in up to 1 meter of water for no more than 30 minutes, based on the current requirements for the rating.

theres a reason these pixel phones are cheap theyre junk. 6.1" display in 2024...and i hate the pastel theme ick. and no micro sd card only 128gb slot really?
How fast does the Pixel 7a charge? You'll be ready to go in just under two hours to go from 0 to 100%. The Pixel 7a needs around 1 hour and 59 minutes to fully charge its battery

takes like 20 minutes 0-100 on my 12r. 5-10 minutes will give like 60% in the easier 20-80% charge band. granted, 350 phone in another price class altho, this 229 pixel is usually priced higher.
fast charging changes your lifestyle i dont even bother charging at night anymore half the time. that said it reaches a point of diminishing returns. 30 minutes or 20 minutes or even 40-60 minutes doesnt matter much imo. but i think 2hrs is still on the bad side of it.
I can't imagine that it deactivates your original immediately but ....

Phones have become throw away items after 2years and as long as i can easily mod my phone with a different OS or get up to android 16 i am pretty happy with this deal
I have portable gaming devices if i travel,
also they make portable lithium fast charger battery packs so charging for me is not an issue
