I'll add to user reports. I have had visible+ for over 2 years. When I first switched, the porting process took about a week, and I had no service. Their is no live customer support, and it takes about a day to get back to you. The port did eventually go through, but I had to use a prepaid sim card for a week and had no access to my phone number. On the other hand, my friend who switched had their port completed in a few minutes.

That said, the service itself is great, and I get full 5G speed. If you port, I'd suggest doing so when you can live with the small chance that you go a few days to a week without service.

I switched my whole household AND my parents to Visible 4-5 years ago (5 lines total). We all got our gift cards (I think they were $150 or $200 each). Overall it's been fine. Once you get activated there's no issue. We did have 1 line that took longer than the others (1-2 hours) to activate, but they all went fine and ALL were port ins (kept out phone number). I've been very happy with the service and ESPECIALLY the price. The speeds can be pretty bad sometimes, but hey...it's only $25/month.

My #1 reason for switching from Mint to Visible was unlimited hotspot/tethering. Most services say unlimited data but hotspot is 5/10GB. It's capped at 5mb/s but there's ways to get around that with a mobile router.

thanks just signed up. i used to jump from mint mobile every 3 months but decided to lookup any deals. with mint it was 15+fees per month which came out to about 57 or something. i figured i'd just save all the hassle since $20 is the final price no bs fees like mint plus i don't have to keep placing a new periods in my gmails to be a "new user" every 3 months.

I've been using Visible+ for a couple of years now and it's been great. The Verizon network is good where I am and even during heavy usage times (like weather emergencies) it always seems to work fine. I don't use the tethering all the time, but I use it enough to make it very worthwhile and not having a cap on the data is great.

I know there are horror stories out there about it, but for me it's been the best mobile phone plan I've ever used. Inexpensive, reliable and generally fast data. You don't get the same perks that you'd get with a post-paid plan through the major carriers, but I don't find myself missing any of them.

Works fine for me in NJ and NY. Sometimes it is even better than my AT&T, and I am on their $30 monthly plan.

Has anyone managed to get their Galaxy Watch 5 Pro setup with Visible? I'm currently setup on Hello Mobile with a standalone plan for $5, but I'd love to be on Visible. Thanks!
