I like the weight of the elite but that is about it
People complain about them being lower quality because they are paying more.
I had an original elite that last almost 5 years and one that needed a repair in the first. I have two Elite 2's. One lasted almost three years before the bumper switch recently failed. The other is fine so far but hasn't seen nearly the same level of use.
