Note sure but it does state: "you'll only earn cash back value on the first transaction." I would presume it's one time for BofA and not per card.
Okay, you spooked me because I specifically ordered several hard drives in separate orders to spread out risk of shipping damage.
Here's what they actually say: "If a merchant processes your order in separate transactions, you'll only earn cash back value on the first transaction."
So that would apply in a case like ordering several items in one order but they're shipped and charged separately.
I also see my transactions as "pending" in "earned" tab

I ordered a 4080 Super that came with a free Star Wars game. Now my Earned tab shows cashback of $10 for the cost of $69.99. The free game! Cashback on the free game instead of the GPU. Will be returning the GPU if this doesn't change.

oof, they done screwed ya
Still time to order another though before cashback expires (27th), but you'll have to find one without game attached

They only allow one free game(s) per customer I believe. The second order of the game would be cancelled, just the game item.
Yes, BOA customized cash rewards card where you pick a category and get 3% back for all purchases. I chose 3% for online purchases. Not familiar with preferred bonus rewards to comment on that.
If you have over $20k in assets with BofA/Merrill, they up your cash back. I gave them my IRA to get the biggest bonus available at Platinum Honors tier.
Something like this:
$20k in assets = 25% bonus cb. So, 3% becomes 3.75%
$50k in assets = 50% bonus. 3% becomes 4.5%
$100k in assets - 75% bonus. 3% becomes 5.25% (max bonus)
Or in my case, since I have the 1.5% cb card, 1.5% becomes 2.625%cb on everything.
I ordered yesterday, my order shipped and the charge is still showing as a temp auth but I dont see any pending confirmation of the cash back or any email saying the offer applied. I definitely activated the cb deal and clicked through the shop now link to order. Do I just need to wait for the charge to actually post? Whats been everyone elses experience
Being that today is the last day, anyone knows if we can place an order today and still qualify for this promo or is it the type of promo that requires the transaction to show up on the card for them to honor the cashback?
Has anyone gotten the cashback yet cause i still have yet to see even a pending in the rewards tab after the charge went through on my cc a few days ago

I don't see it yet for the gpu order I placed yesterday ($1k+). I do see it for the first order I placed on Sunday. It showed up yesterday as Pending under the Earned tab. Maybe it only showed up so fast because they were screwing me over
