tldr: no dram, operates on PCIe 5 but better on PCIe 4 for whatever reason. Good for ps5/laptops since it's single sided.

I can't think of any reason to get this over one of the Phison E18 SSDs that are faster, have DRAM, and are available for $111-130.

Does it have comparable TBW?
Samsung drives AFAIK are 600 towards average. Others don't last as long.

But this dramless one is not that good.

1200 TBW for the 990 EVO 2TB.
1400 TBW for most of the Phison E18 2TB drives. One is 2550 TBW but I'm not sure why it has such a large difference.

For $120 or less I'd get the Addlink A95 or the MSI Spatium M480 Pro, assuming they're still available for $111 (Addlink on Amazon) and $120 (MSI website), respectively.
Or do a price alert for the Crucial T500 2TB for $130. It goes down to that time to time, and it's a really good Gen4 drive.
