Noticed the FP deal of the ryzen 5 5600 for $113. Figured maybe this one would be a good deal too, I just ordered it since my ryzen 7 5800x died and was out of warranty.

If memory serves it was about the same price November/ December of last year. Still not a bad price though

This is a 5600g with the graphics disabled so this shares the same limitations as a 5600g. Less cache and slower PCI-E speeds for example. Not a bad chip but does have some trade offs.

Maybe the most interesting point to consider is that this chip, plus the cheapest B450 or B550 motherboard, plus 32GB of decent DDR4, would be around the same price as the lowest-end legitimate gaming card (a Radeon RX 6600 / 6600 XT / 6650 XT; the 6650 XT is $220).
