Decent deal, but it was a little cheaper last time I bought some in August. Same base price, but there was a 15% coupon. Anyway, I thought the coffee was fine for the price.

Yeah that $11.98 deal was definitely a stock-up price. This has been my regular brand for many years and it's so expensive elsewhere. I'm thankful that Amazon runs this deal pretty regularly.

What's the best way to store ground coffee in unopened pouch that I don't intended to drink anytime soon? Is it shelf stable or should I put it in the fridge or freezer?

I freeze mine until I need it. Stays fresh indefinitely and has no effect on the flavor that I can discern.

Years ago this brand's ground coffee had high ratings on consumers reports.
Not sure how applicable today.
Did buy it once about 3 years ago now, was pretty good as i recall. Like many people i drink coffee every day.

Note the delivery time. Amazon gives me 3-4 weeks to arrive.

Theoretically, yes. Practically, uneven roasting is common when trying to do this.

There is a silver lining though; uneven roast produces a more complex flavor. Try it, wth. Post your results and inspire others?
