Yup, easy trick.... just add user cards to your AMex anyone in your household or family and they will all be treated as an "individual "user" w/ separate offers, etc based on the separate SS# (keep in mind you are not running there credit at all, but that is how Amex treats these add on cards to your account as a "NEW" person for extra amex offers to be given to them!!) ..I have been doing this forever and have gotten some nice extra $$$ amex offers this way..
Ok, you now owe me a beer!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Will paying through paypal with the amex card trigger the credit? Would be nice to stack the 5% back on paypal.

To clarify, buy amazon egiftcard from bestbuy.com will activate this offer? Thanks.
there's no way to say for sure because when you buy an egc at best buy.com, you don't ultimately know who's selling it to you. it could be best buy, it could be e*, unless we know for sure ....because you'll only get the amex offer credit if you buy it from bby.

Yup added my gf and we've been getting four meals from home chef a week for about $25 a pop for the last month. Amex was offering 35 off 60 up to two times. We both added it. And with the intro offer home chef does we both did two weeks made isure charge was just barely over $60. Been awesome except we're kind of hooked now. Guess the marketing worked …

Wait, so if you add auth user on BCE they get separate Home Chef credit?
Too many people won't believe you. There are way too many people here that keep repeating the same tired line that PayPal is a 3rd party app that amex won't pay on and they will continue to pop off with "when you pay with PayPal, the purchase is disguised and hidden and Amex thinks you sent $250 to a merchant called Paypal and Amex has no idea this is actually a payment to Best Buy so you won't get the Amex offer credit. It says so right there in the terms." We have people here still living in 2011 and don't realize it's 2024.
It is??? So THAT'S why those calendars were so cheap! Dammit!
I feel like an idiot for only now just hearing about this. Been using my 2% CB card.
Don't feel like that at least now you know and will take advantage of it, keep in mind for some things you may still want to use the 2% as it prob gives you 1 year extended warr. Another good card is the BOA cash rewards card, has good benefits and have 5-6 categories(you pick one) that you can change once per month and it will give you 3% CB , no fee, etc...it allows you to change the Cat once that month so lets say you do online then have a Home depot purchase coming up, you change it to home improvement and then you get the 3% cb..
With the amex blu card 3% online CB, you do not get any extended warranties..
Is there a trick to having this on multiple cards? I just recently got a second Amex card. When I have the same reward on both cards, it won't let me clip it on both. The second card will throw and error saying "this offer was already added to one of your cards."
If you have supplementary card they also gets this on added card
Yes! it's treated as separate card for amex offers but not for the built in stuff I believe.
Home Chef credit is not an AMEX offer. It is a benefit of the AMEX Blue Cash Everyday. $15/mo as long as you charge more than $15/mo. But for most people Home Chef makes money on this , $15 basically covers shipping , so I can see them not minding adding it for additonal cardholders
