Guys, use pick up if possible. Wm now use some drivers who will throw your order outside without even knocking the door..And there is no tracking or whatever like UPS/FEDEX...

On the one hand it's crap (Celeron, 4GB, 64GB EMMC, 1366x768 "HD" screen), on the other hand if you have a personal or family M365 account you should be able to use this to extend it by either a year or some smaller number of months (if it's family) and you get a disposable laptop. Looks like it might be expandable to 8GB, but probably no drive options. Seems like basically the same specs as a Chromebook.

Still, right now for $100 more you can get a 15.6" HP with 8GB, 256GB, i3-1215U, FHD from Staples: https://slickdeals.net/f/17918295-start-11-24-hp-15-6-laptop-i3-1215u-1080p-8gb-ram-256gb-ssd-229-99-free-shipping. No Office, but a much more usable and long-term machine out of the box.

The HP Stream line is the bottom of the barrel as fas as PC notebooks go. I would take a Chromebook any day over one of these. If you are expecting more than light web surfing or note taking you will be dissapointed. The screen also has an abismal viewing angle. Even if you were able to upgrade the RAM, good luck getting it apart without tearing the thin ribbon connector that attaches the screen. Their best use case is probably a cheap kitchen PC after you install Linux on it to make more usable.

I look at devices like this the way I looked at my Windows Phone years ago - I paid basically the amount I'd have paid for a M365 subscription anyway and got a free device with it (which I traded in a few years later on a "trade in any working device" promo for my cell carrier). This thing isn't quite free but it's close, and I'm *still* not going to buy one.

This isn't worth $10. A kindle fire has more capability. i bought one of these years ago; It was worthless with windows so installed Linux and it still didn't work well so I ended up throwing it away.

be warned: the CPU has the performance of a MacBook from 2009, less storage, and a worse screen. Please just consider buying a used machine.
