12/2/2024 transaction for various purchases totalling over $400
12/3/2024 split charges were posted both under $400
12/9/2024 sent a secured message via chase website
12/12/2024 called in to chase and was told to wait until after 12/23
12/24/2024 called back and chase said it would be escalated and to wait another 5 business days
12/29/2024 i noticed that the offer appeared on both the "added" section and also the "redeemed" section on chase's app but still no credit
12/30/2024 credit finally showed up and was back dated to 12/2/2024
Around 12/3: Bought a transaction of stuff totaling over $400
Transaction split into two smaller transactions
Waited for transaction to post, and the weird 'credit' to clear off my account (~2 weeks later)
Chase offer never left my account
Sent a secure message on ~12/15 explaining the split transactions, and shared my invoice that showed a single transaction of >$400.
Received a response that it would be escalated to a specialized team and I would hear back in 5 business days
Around ~7 business days I sent another secure message asking for an update
Following day I was told they were 'very busy' and hadn't gotten to it yet, but they would.
This morning I received a message stating I had met the terms of the Offer and would be receiving the credit in ~2-3 business days.

I'm still waiting for a response on my secure message after I was told it was being forwarded to the marketing team and will hear back in 5 business days. Today is the 5th business day.
#1 transaction date 12/29, posted date 12/30
#2 transaction date 12/30, posted date 12/31
Offer currently shows as expired which I assume is normal at this point. Hope this gets processed without any involvement on my part…
