I care and I don't get paid by SD. I work very hard to find good deals for the people in this wonderful community. Take your toxicity elsewhere. This is not the place for it.

Thumbs down.
I have $50 off $150.
I don't have to spend anything. I got a $0 off $0 in my CSP.

Chase Priv Client + CSR member (2017, with Chase since 2001). Spent $453.25 at Backcountry on 12/3, credit was never applied, expired today, and now Chase is asking for vague "offer codes" that were never provided when I followed up. First time having issues w/Chase Rewards in 7 years and its $200. Seems like I'll be speaking with CS about this given renewal is in 2 weeks.

Thank you for the update. I see mine was also redeemed from expired. Now I wonder which transaction it was redeemed with (split transaction or $400 gift transaction).
Quote from dogi :
My single item purchase of more than $400 last Dec 27 did not trigger the redemption. Time to contact chase.

UPDATE: Just checked the offer again and it is now in the redeemed tab from expired. Still no email confirmation which I usually get.

Another data point:
12/2/2024 transaction for various purchases totalling over $400
12/3/2024 split charges were posted both under $400
12/9/2024 sent a secured message via chase website
12/12/2024 called in to chase and was told to wait until after 12/23
12/24/2024 called back and chase said it would be escalated and to wait another 5 business days
12/29/2024 i noticed that the offer appeared on both the "added" section and also the "redeemed" section on chase's app but still no credit
12/30/2024 credit finally showed up and was back dated to 12/2/2024

Further data point:
Around 12/3: Bought a transaction of stuff totaling over $400
Transaction split into two smaller transactions
Waited for transaction to post, and the weird 'credit' to clear off my account (~2 weeks later)
Chase offer never left my account
Sent a secure message on ~12/15 explaining the split transactions, and shared my invoice that showed a single transaction of >$400.
Received a response that it would be escalated to a specialized team and I would hear back in 5 business days
Around ~7 business days I sent another secure message asking for an update
Following day I was told they were 'very busy' and hadn't gotten to it yet, but they would.
This morning I received a message stating I had met the terms of the Offer and would be receiving the credit in ~2-3 business days.

I'm still waiting for a response on my secure message after I was told it was being forwarded to the marketing team and will hear back in 5 business days. Today is the 5th business day.

Ended up with a split transaction:
#1 transaction date 12/29, posted date 12/30
#2 transaction date 12/30, posted date 12/31
Offer currently shows as expired which I assume is normal at this point. Hope this gets processed without any involvement on my part…

You'll hear back. Give it 2-3 more days, sounds like they're understaffed over at Chase right now.

Similar here. Split charges on 12/1. Sent secure message to chase a week later. No response at all other than multiple "you should receive a reply in 10 business days" replies. $200 credit was posted, and offer became "redeemed" from "expired" on 1/1.

Split transaction processed on 12/9 and 12/10. Secure message sent on 12/20, response received 12/21 to wait 14 business days. Sent follow up 1/2 that it had been 15 business days. Received response 1/3 my message had been forwarded to "the appropriate department" and will receive a response within 10 business days

Made the mistake of purchasing $400 gift card on 12/31 and it posted only yesterday. Currently in talks with Chase via secure message about this.
