Now I get it. This is an INSANE DEAL. $3500 less 2K gift cards. Then if you took their card another 350 in gift cards. This is tempting if I can figure out how to place this TV in my space.

And that PM was awesome. I left the house about 5 minutes too early this morning to see double down's PM post. And I didn't even think to do it 2 days ago as the GC would normally cause a snag but honestly how often is the GC big enough to be a factor with them, i.e. it's not on their radar yet with CSR.
Still haven't heard back if BrotherAli or anyone else was able to get a post order PM. But I really wasn't interested in calling out my order or risk the deal I already had.
Of course yesterday when it ended the first time I thought too many people were debating because of the GC aspect rather than if the TV was worth anything, because the deal part seemed a given.

Basically at first they were like we can't do it you got 1500 off. I was confused but figured out they were talking about the member discount, which still makes it $500 higher than what AZ had at the time.
I pointed that out and they said I qualify for PM. Everything seemed good and I was excited. Then they said system isn't letting them.
I waited 40+ mins for manager. Manager and I went back in fourth including the fact that AZ price changed while I was on my long chat with them. They submitted request for a review so I will see if it goes through (said I will find out in 3 business days). Not getting my hopes up.
The long wait + the fact that they said I qualify for PM then said I don't is pretty lame.

Its pretty straightforward, they have items that they will be buying in the future so that 2k is basically cash for them.
