I've had this laptop for about 4 months and love it. Only downside is 16gb memory that cannot be upgraded.

Beautiful 3K display, love the touchscreen, battery life is incredible, and it's so lightweight.

And you can install google drive now, since Google launched its rock solid ARM64 beta version.

Same question here, how it compares with Apple M4 and Intel 14th? Is it comparable to i5 or i7?

My impression these snapdragon is more for mobile device, long battery life, its performance is like maybe < 50% of desktop CPU?

Do you mean based on the specs, or have you tried it in person? Everything I've read says it's built very solidly, as expected from Lenovo.
It's just me and my judgey eyes, maybe the pictures are deceptive? I used to own a slim LG monitor and even though it was tough, I can't help but be super gentle when moving it around.

Apologies for the mistype. It's 180-degree and lies flat on the surface. 360-degree would be convertible.

Ok, thought so. Was confused when checking out the specs and didn't see the feature on the BB site that it could do 360 like the Yoga Flex or 2-in-1 models.

Best Buy msrp and Lenovo was higher. But that doesn't mean much. Pulled the trigger on this anyway since it seemed like the best bang for your buck right now. Also prices on laptops are supposed to be going up so might as well
Buy now if you need it

Apple's laptops since the M1 proved that an ARM CPU on a proper computer (as opposed to a phone or tablet) can more than pull its weight. On the Windows side the ARM CPUs were not quite as strong as Apple's chips but are now slowly catching up and are able to trade blows with Intel for basic computing tasks. They do so while consuming less power, usually.
So performance can be same in most takes, sometimes worse, sometimes better than Intel. But energy usage on the whole is better. Microsoft has made more efforts into Windows on ARM and so have some big developers.
This isn't going away anytime soon; I hope you will see more Snapdragon laptops as this will put pressure on Intel, AMD, and Apple.
It's definitely not going away, if anything it's the future.

Plenty of Youtube reviews when you search and they have benchmarks. This compares to i7. Apple is still mostly dominating. Right out of the gate though, Snapdragon has a good ARM chip and it will get better. We all know Intel isn't great anymore. If the price were equal, I would still get Luna Lake but these ARM laptops are like $300 cheaper and for 95% of everyday users, it will work just fine. I bought two on the last deal and I'm pleased with them at $600 each open box. The only software issue I had thus far is Sonos but their web app works. I do plan to keep my old laptop just in case I need a random x86 software though. This laptop is great build quality, a superb screen, an excellent battery, barely gets warm, and super quiet fans.

This one is so quiet though, it's nearly fanless because of how quiet it is.

I've always used laptops built like a tank. I feel like I'd snap this in two or poke a hole through the screen within a week.
It's not as solid as a mil-spec ThinkPad X but for any metal body laptop, i think it's good. Macbook Pros feel solid and great while this one feels very lightweight and good but definitely not fragile, weak or snappable. If I were to equate it to a common electronic, it's build and sturdiness would be similar to an ipad.
