In case someone is looking for this good player, BB has this open box good condition for $142.99.
This is the best value player from Panasonic imo.
The only meaningful thing this is missing compared to the 820 is Dolby Vision.
The Optimizer on this does so well with static HDR & transfer quality can vary widely with dynamic HDR(DV).
The difference can regularly be marginal between the two especially if you consider the significant price difference imo.
Not all disc offer DV also.
FYI this is the Panasonic player the game consoles fans should use as a comparison since they do not offer support for DV on disc either.
