Best feature is the high-altitude adjustment to maintain proper pressures. Very useful.
I got this. Handier to hookup. https://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B0...asin_title

I have this model with plastic chuck that lost rubber gasket tightness if you will and let's the air through, just like ryobi one. Some of these models come with brass chuck and some production units have plastic! What i got tired of is the damn large charger and multitude of batteries and then the batteries stop charging after a year and the charger just flashes red. Then I got tired of the large size of these units. I have nothing to do with the vendor lol or Costco, I was just searching for a rechargeable unit, made out of metal, having durable connector that will last years and accurate psi where it actually goes above 1psi, then stop and that's your perfectly accurate psi. Believe it or not, this unit has it all what I needed, I don't inflate mattresses….so if you add the batteries to the mix you can get 4 Costco ones that will last you multiple lifetimes…
Depending which batch you get! Some have brass, other, like me, got plastic!

That's great if you own a car or motorcycle! I've always wondered how many times I'd have to recharge it to get 80psi into my truck tires considering my Dewalt 60v pancake compressor takes a good while to get those bad boys topped off.
I can verify that the Dewalt inflator will get a 2.5 bathroom plumbing drain system pumped to 5psi for testing.
If the box has "20V Max" at the upper right, there's a good chance it's Type 2, but maybe not if they have resumed making Type 1. Most (all?) Type 1 units have "20V Max" in a box on the left, half-way down and places next to the boxes that show 12v lighter and optional AC power.
I didnt realize there was a type 2 of this. Is it faster? I for sure gotta have type 1 since i got them closer when it first came out. I would definitely like more speed
I think you got their rechargeable inflator/jump starter instead. This one is just an inflator and does not charge or jumpstart. All the round-ups I've seen have this inflator with a brass chuck.
I don't have a Type I to compare but Type II is definitely faster than the CAT inflator I was using. Some say their Type I is slow and it was on the slow end in some of the inflator roundups I saw on YouTube. Chances are the ones saying it's fast have Type II and I'm satisfied with the speed so I suspect it is faster.
