This is funny. I was just working on the post when I got the "Deal Alert" about it. 😅😂
I bought it two hours ago online. Hopefully everything goes well. Considering how all technology is increasing prices, I am glad I found this. I know the new one should be release this year, but my guts is telling me that it is going to be closer to $1000 than most people think.

this has a much bigger screen and runs Windows, while the Deck doesn't have removable controllers and runs Linux.
I'd say if you want an experience that doesn't require as much tinkering to get games to run on it, get this over the Deck. if you're comfortable with doing some extra work to get games to run on Linux, go with the Deck.

I believe Steam Deck has way better sleep/suspend behavior in gaming mode, and is more power-efficient overall.

I love my Steam Deck but newer games are becoming harder to play on it due to it's hardware limitations. The Legion Go has better performance and will play those newer games more easily.

I plan to install Bazzite, or if it is already available, a vanilla version of SteamOS on the Legion Go.
