Yes mine was delivered yesterday . It was 199.99 before tax when I made my order . It's little bit small in size. But perfect for me being a 5.6 inch lean guy .

I had a faux leather sofa before. After few months it was peeling/flaking like crazy to the point that I couldn't use it anymore. Would this be the same?

NEVER buy these faux leather! It will start flaking and deteriorate after 1.5 years! I made this mistake once...

It actually depends. Faux leather (aka pleather or polyurethane leather) can actually last longer than bonded leather.

I've got pleather seats in my car and it's holding up really well after 7 years. I also have a gaming chair with polyurethane that's hasn't shown any visible wear after 2.5 years.

Bonded leather surfaces tend to wear more quickly, from the research that I've done. This leather is frequently found in inexpensive furniture since many people equate bonded leather with real leather.
