I own this and I love this screen. First curved screen so it took a little to adjust to it. When I get on a flat 32" I don't enjoy it as much as this curve. The monitor is heavy so if you are going to install it on an arm google this as you need a certain weight requirement for the monitor. And yes I am serious about that !!

What's the stand like in terms of installation. I am replacing a monitor that I use for travel that is easy to get on and get off to put in a monitor carrying case. This looks like it takes a bunch of screws to get tight before use

Was lucky enough to get this for $325 with some EPP discount during Christmas last year. Really enjoy it, agree the curve is great to reduce my head movement. The stand install wasn't too bad but it's pretty stationary. Seems like this would be too big to move around a lot.

Yeah this would be pretty big to use in that use case.

Have this as a side monitor (don't game on it) and I love it. The curve makes it perfect for having documentation and chat open.

The IPS panel is great and all, but if you're using it for games and movies blacks will look grey or glow. Even at its lowest setting. This is because it's edge -lit. The mini LEDs may produce a glow around the object it's trying to display, but at least it won't be the whole screen. The problem is the mini led version uses a VA panel. Not as fast, not as good as producing colors, and worse viewing angles. Hence why it's curved. They also make an OLED version, but you gotta pay to play.

I've spent a lot of time playing with settings on mine to optimize how my games look, and just have never found the perfect settings. The black crush on this is quite noticeable. I would go OLED over this any day.

Save for an OLED. It's almost as important as the graphics card you buy and near perfect contrast ratio and response time.
