Not the lowest but the low price($1500) has not replicated, unlikely to do so imo.
There are slight differences between the Onkyo RZ70, for the most part they are the same.

I feel like when I ever I answer its more speculation and whataboutism to something not related
So for me the juice is not worth the squeeze as I can't even chalk it to cheap entertainment at this point

turnne is using "speculation" and 1st hand experience as arguments.
supermanrob is selling the qualities of A1 Evo over paid Dirac, etc.
There's very little they bring to the table in these threads. They wear their biases on their sleeves and it's obvious they have some ulterior motives that prevent them from being neutral.

I've always got a kick how people like you and ol shaddai consider your opinion as fact/correct but my opinion from personal experience as speculation/wrong especially when yours comes from just reading! 😜

Pioneer is just shifting to car audio, these are getting integrated with Onkyo!
No one including Best Buy would sell these if there was no honoring the support(warranty)!
Down the road on these is just 3 years, support is gone after that, like any other brand!

I believe the same fix is available for all other PAC receivers that had the same bug. At last count, the following owners should check for their respective updates:
Onkyo RZ70
Onkyo RZ50
Onkyo RZ30
Integra DRX 8.4
Integra DRX 5.4
Note that the Pioneer 505 was never given DLBM/DLBC ever since Pioneer pulled the license so no update necessary!
Pioneer never "pulled the license", they never paid to add DLBC.
As you can see Dirac is a proprietary software, you have to pay to play!
They probably learned from Onkyo's RZ50, there are minuscule owners, if at all that bothered with DLBC.
This so called "off by .1" fix isn't going to change that very much if at all.
FYI that issue is only a measurement issue, not an audible issue!
It's not like they listened and said hey wait I can hear everything off by .1!
