Has anyone had experience with BB open box products? Buying refurb always has me a bit worried and I can't find any specifics in their return policy about open box stuff.

Are you able to do local pickup? The options available to me are all local pickups only. You can open the box and check it out on the spot. I've had great luck with BB open boxes but YMMV.

Yes, but doubtful since there's only 1 available at my local and I'm traveling rn. I'll attempt again when I'm home.

If you buy the BBY total membership, you get a 2 year warranty on their products. It's worth it.

I would strongly recommend getting at least the BB membership that gives you 60 day return policy (instead of 15 days).
I bought this exact laptop, and exchanged it due to daily bluescreens, instability, and eventually the GPU getting stuck at the lowest speed and needing a daily EC reset to resolve. The exchanged one ran into similar issues and this is despite trying a fresh/clean install of Windows, trying an Asus recovery install, updating all the drivers, etc. I returned it and gave up on the G14/G16 lineup. So, test hard and return early of you go open box, cause 2 of 'em are mine Wink

Just bought one considered fair but it looked excellent to me. Got best buy plus and have 60 days to try it out. Loving it's portability so far
