How does Asus warranty work on open boxes? I have heard it if you ask them to re-register the product then they ask you to submit receipt and when they see open-box mentioned on the receipt then they reduce the warranty to 90-days.
I bought an open-box that was registered by the previous owner so it won't allow me to register the product but it shows warranty till 12/15/2026.
I am not sure if I get warranty till 12/15/2026 or it won't be applicable till I register the product and when I register, it will be reduced to 90-days from date of purchase.
Anyone has experience with Asus warranty on open boxes?
