Not denying this is a good deal but buyer beware. These laptops are built TERRIBLY. Ive returned 3 to Best Buy so far before I gave up. 1st one had DOA GPU, second one had swollen battery right out of the box, third one was bent and wouldn't lay flat on a table. If its open box its probably for good reason.

idk why ppl are downvoting you.. i'm guessing a good chunk of these open box items have QC issues. just test it throughly and i buy geek squad warrnty

I'm not sure yet honestly. I was leaning towards the G16 simply because the bottom lid isn't warped. Seriously go look at the sheet metal on the bottom lid and it bows inward at each screw hole in a wavy pattern on the white G14.Right now I rolled the dice on a RAZER Blade 14. We'll see how that goes on the 27th ifthat's a bust then I'm waiting for the thinkpad twins (p1, p16)I need TB5 if I'm dropping almost $2500 on a laptop.

I looked at the G16 and if you squeeze it near the back hinge you can hear the oled panel adhesive crackling behind the panel. Not good
