6 months felt like a long time to wait when I grabbed my Metro Galaxy S21FE so I'd definitely never do a year.

Total has this phone for $49.99 and has the 60 day unlock. They also have the 2024 model for free with port in and some review sites say the 2024 is preferred over the 2025. If you don't want to pay the $60 for the second month, get with chat and ask them to apply their $10. month talk and text plan. This Metro deal makes no sense to me since a 1 year wait. Cricket also has this 2025 Stylus at $19.99 with port in and a 6 month unlock. Drop down to their $30 plan to save. Motorola direct has the 2024 Stylus for $249. fully unlocked and they do take trade in's.

I received my phone today, and the phone works with my Tmobile sim card.

I tried to add 4th line, but there is no $65 unlimited option to choose. 4th line should be $10 for $65 unlimited. But there is only $55 plan, and it will be treated as first line of $55. Is there anyone able to add the 4th line for $10 dollar?

I was going to unlock the bootloader but what are the reasons for doing that? I see that the warranty will no longer apply if I do it. Would I be able to unlock the bootloader after I unlock the network on the phone next year and not paying for service? Is it worth unlocking if I sell the phone next year?
for what reason would you want to unlock the bootloader, the stock OS should be fine these days. It's been about 5 years since I've needed root access or another OS installed. Also, bootloader unlock might reduce the resale value.

I just got a text about the Revvle Tab2 for free with the $20 plan. Anyone know how this compares to the A9+ ? Is it worth it for $20 ? I have the A7 and that is pretty slow was hopingthe A9 was a bit faster

I got one last week. It felt pretty responsive, good enough for most tasks (besides gaming). The build quality was not the best, it has a cheap plastic housing and feels heavy for its size. Worst thing is the screen, 1280x800 is unacceptable for a 10 inch tablet. Its really blurry, completely ruins what could have been a decent tablet.

unfortunately my TMo Go5G+ SIM wasn't accepted by the stylus 2025. Interestingly I saw the same "locked for 180 days" message as the one that my stylus 2024 shows (bought Nov 2024 so it should unlock in 60 days)

1. Is there a waiting period before a newly activated account can add a new line?
2. How much it would cost to buy another stylus 2025 with a new number as a second line? $55? $60 this time (being the second line) or the same $65?
3. Anyone tried adding the Edge 2025 as a second or another line?

Yes it is the same. Activate, and disable auto-pay. Will unlock 365 days from activation date. Service for all lines renew/expire on same date as line 1

Thanks lou - for some reason when I try and add a second line to existing line on the $65/month plan (just activated it today), "you're ineligible to add a line" message flashes for a brief fraction of a second (it's easy to miss) and then it goes back to the phone page - nothing ever gets added to the cart

Quote from CyanWing :
A. Is your existing line on the $65/month plan?
B. Are you logged into your account for existing line from point A?
C. Will the additional line be your 2nd or 3rd line on the account?
A. Yes. I'm trying to add a second line (another stylus) to existing (one and only) line on the $65/month plan (just activated it today)
B. Yes but the stylus or any page looks the same (phone price and all) as if I wasn't logged in except the banner at the top and the menu items for a logged in account
C. 2nd but since you ask, is there a limit?

Thank You both. Repped

Thanks, figured if I get s second and sell it next year it will offset the cost of the first.

If you've ever had metro before this account, you likely won't have your add a line order go through on the 1st day of new account. Give it 3-4 days, make sure to use line #1 with calls/text/data then using your mobile data and the browser (not the metro app) on phone #1 login to your existing account and go through the 'add a line' process there for best odds of order being approved by automated system. Recent limit appears to be 2 additional lines at the $35 price then it goes back up to normal price per line. With no history with MetroPCS and spaced out orders you can get up to 4 phones but reality is usually only 2 and 3 is a stretch within the 1st month.

I just ordered my second. A third will not go through.

I have done atleast 4 deals with metro in the last 2 years with the same email and no issues. I will wait to get the second phone and use it to see if eligebility changes

Yes you can't add an additional line while an existing order is processing/shipping. Once it's delivered/activated you can try the add a line but from experience their system usually rejects back to back orders the first few days after activating/adding a line especially if the new line has zero usage on their network.

Thanks good to know. Ive been using the first line for GPS and hot spot. willl probably do the same for the next one.

Do you know if the service is good for 30 days from activation or from activation of the first line?

What happens to the second line when the first line reaches 30 days I dont renew?
