If Dirac is not a factor (or ok w/the included base Dirac license), then the RZ30 should meet your needs.

Regardless - two days later - it goes on for $700
All ... for the money I don't see any AVR even close to this. The denon 3800h: the lowest price online I found is around $1250.. and i believe you have to pay for the Dirac live license - while this unit has it built in for $550 cheaper. Two independent subs is impossible to find at this price range too.
I have an old gen-2 emotiva XPA-5 tank of an amplifier so the pre-outs are must.
Does anyone know why Adorama has put this on sale several times but other retailers have not? Unless I just missed it, it seems odd.
You may get a new product...you may get a return. Make sure you're comfortable with the return policy before buying!
What return policy? Anyone send me a return/used or whatever, it goes back, this was not the deal I signed up for. My credit card company will be happy to dispute this. For the retailer it will be cheaper to accept it.
That's the general approach I follow, and I get "brave" often. The only time I had to dispute with any of my credit cards was about 15 years ago when merchant would not accept a return. Worked like a charm. Another time I had to argue my ass of with paypal for Aliexpress return to a non-existing address in Germany. They pretended to "eat" the cost. (I find this statement strange as they are the same company)
On the topic, I have bought from Adorama maybe 10 times over last 15 years. From color laser printers (twice) to receivers. Everything was brand new, but again, see above.
