Bought their $3000+ ust projector. They purposefully make it nigh impossible to talk to a knowledgeable support enginner. They make you go through the same stupid 5th grade troubleshooting every time you call them... even if you have an exisiting ticket... insulting steps like "is your unit plugged in".
Then, they tell you a tier 2 engineer will call you back within 24 hours. That is a blatant outright fabrication!
I have called them 5 times and not once did a tier 2 engineer call back in that time frame. Furthermore, out of the 5 times i did call, which all came with a 'pinky swear promise' of a call back within 24 hours, only TWO of those calls actually received any call back at all.
The first call back came close to 50 hours later after the initial 'promise'. I missed the call (because life moves on, no one should be expected to be glued to their device for who knows how many hours/days "hoping" for their promised call back) and called them back within 30 min of the missed call. Had to go through all the troubleshooting steps again and then another lie of a promise for callback within 24 hours (which NEVER) came.
I ended up initiating a chargeback with my credit card. I bought the player through best buy and they were just as worthless... telling me i have to contact the manufacturer. I asked if they no longer stood behind products they sell and the robotic muppet just reiterated "you have to call the manufacturer"... keep in mind she is telling me this AFTER i already told her my story that i DID call them 5 separate times.... extremely infuriating.
