CamelCamelCamel shows this is the lowest price and average is $124.95 for what it's worth (no pun intended 😅).

Philips invented this lighting concept awhile back, as matching backlighting on a TV makes the screen appear larger and reduces eyestrain.

This is an amazing price for a product that simulates this technology. I use a full spectrum backlight just to reduce eyestrain, but I'm in for one of these.

I got this during black Friday. Just in time for my Samsung S90F. It's cool effect but not sure if it worth that much. Just think about it. $75 for LED lights flashing behind your TV. I'm keeping it anyway. Also, it's by a Chinese company. You would think it will be cheap.

It seems like a nice gimmick for a few action or fantasy movies but I do not see myself turning them On for most of my TV viewing.

Not sure why CCC doesn't show it, but it was $70 ~3 weeks ago when it was posted on slickdeals.

Just one data point, but I ordered direct from their website on Saturday, and it still hasn't shipped. I literally would've had it the next morning if I'd gone with Amazon.

I have a 77" LG C3 and 83" LG B4 with the older Govee T1 and T2 installed respectively. These things sound a bit gimicky but it's actually pretty incredible once they're in place and in use, and it's hard to go back. The T2 has a great camera and LED density that manages a noticeably better granularity in aligning color to what's on the display. The backlight effect makes what you're watching more vivid and lends a great effect to cinematic movies and video games in particular. The response time on the camera to lighting is trivial.

The main warning is that the effect is based on the color that the camera can perceive, not the HDMI content as on the more expensive inline Philips modules. This means if you have a lot of ambient or natural lighting reflecting on your screen, it can inhibit or disrupt the accuracy of the backlight considerably. Mine is on a timer to only come on from 5PM to midnight and the effect is more noticeable in the evenings when the room is darker anyways, but YMMV. A wall mounted TV with a few inches of wall clearance will be noticeably better than a TV on a stand where the effect isn't fully visible. Make sure you calibrate the camera boundaries carefully, it may be worth moving the boundaries just inside the screen space on larger screens. Use the app to configure intensity and color offsets to adjust it to your room.

No brainer at this price.

Had one, hated it... So laggy, image shows in corner, count 1, 2 oh there it is.

With video games it can be very distracting because it's so laggy. Moved back to a HDMI based option, so much more accurate.

on Facebook marketplace I have mine for sale for $45...just to try to get something out of it.
