I got my power cage and lat pull down separately. It is home quality. But my son and I can do pull up (cage not bolted down). It's great and the Lat pull down works as it should. There is a row function at the bottom that works well also. I do sort of keep the vertical pole that the mechanism slides on lubed by lightly wiping wd40 every now and again. I paid a little less for the cage and pull down, 15 I think it was and the cage for 89. It's been a while I can't recall exactly but it was cheap and I'm more than satisfied. After over two years of use I would buy at this price if I sanded to get in the game.
I think the bars that the accessories slot into are 2.5"x2.5" with a 1" hole. It can be difficult to find accessories. But I believe most of the hulk fit accessories work well. Please fact check me on this before blind trusting.
I bought this when it was on sale a year or so ago. This is an odd-sized rack with 2.3x2.3" uprights. Most racks are 3x3", with less expensive ones being 2x2". A few are 2.5x2.5". The Walmart listings on these have flawed information. The squat safety bars are not included but pictured, and there is no cable crossover included with this listing. There is a high pulley and a low pulley, but no crossover. However, this is a great deal. Use washers on each end of the bolts when assembling to add even more stability.
The Walmart description says 2x2 inch size frames. So did they change the size from larger?
Bought this a year ago, fantastic for my home gym. I took my time building it and it feels very sturdy.
Word of advice, turn the chin up bar the other way around so you do them inside the rack, not outside. This will reduce wobble and help alleviate the feeling of "oh dang, my fat behind is going to tip this thing over."

I have a comment on here about doing that. If you do, and you have the lat pulldown machine, you are going to hit your head on the lat pulldown. You can still do pull-ups inside the rack if you assemble it as shown. I do pull-ups outside of the rack, set up as shown, with my weight of 200 pounds plus another 100 pounds for weighted pull-ups, with no problems. I do have extra weight on the back of the rack by using weight plate holders, plus the weight of the lat pulldown system, but my rack is not going to topple over on me, and it's not bolted down.

The Walmart photo also shows safety pins that are not included, and on the listing for the rack it states that the attachments are 2.5x2.5." The rack cannot be both 2x2" and 2.5x2.5". The racks sold through Walmart previously, which were listed as the same brand and model as this one, and look identical, were all 2.3x2.3".

It is not a cable crossover, at all. It is a high/low pulley system for doing pulldown and row movements. You cannot perform crossover movements except for some one-arm crossover movement on the low pulley. You cannot do any one-arm crossover movements from the high pulley as the cable will hit the machine and rub when you move out at an angle. Below is a comment on a cable crossover option that is available on Amazon, but I am unsure if it will for this rack. It is shown attached to an older model of the rack that had different bracing where the uprights and supports join:

That said, all in youd be at ~$550+. You could get a complete budget cable crossover at that point, although probably not as wide, unless you didn't want the low row/lat pull down attachment, but even at $450 all in you could probably find a budget option with cable cross overs.

The problem is going to be how it attaches to the rack. In this listing, it shows the old-style BalanceFrom rack (look at the pull-up support) that had different braces to attach the uprights to the support bars.

And agreed on the overall price. You can get a rack with crossovers for the same or less. However, you don't need the high/low pulley attachment in the back if you have the cable crossover attachment. You can do pulldowns and rows on one of the crossover pulleys. The only advantage with this BalanceForm setup is if you really want those super-wide crossovers for specific training. I am not a fan of this wide crossover setup, as it is far less practical and less suitable for many exercises, but someone else may want to do certain exercises where the wider setup is beneficial.
got this during covid. 300 without the lat pulldown. bought it separately for 80 eventually. pretty solid. 1 inch holes and 2.36 in width. regarding wobble buy plate holders. another accessory that was useful was zukam safety catches at Amazon for incline presses.
