IT'S A SCAM!! They never send your product, and use a sketchy 3rd party shipper.

Honestly I believe you because I ordered it last time it was this price (literally a month ago) and it still hasn't shipped

I got my refund today from the Luckymore brand. I contacted the seller yesterday morning. This one says sold/ship by Amazon so I gave it a shot. Supposed to be delivered tomorrow.

That was the Luckymore one. This one is also shipped directly from Amazon, so hopefully safer.

I googled it for you:

To contact an Amazon seller after a purchase, go to Your Orders, find the item, and select Problem with order or Contact seller, then use the messaging assistant to choose your issue and send a message, expecting a reply within two business days in your Buyer-Seller Messages.

Step-by-step guide

Log in: to your Amazon account (on the website or app).
Navigate to Account > Your Orders.
Find the specific order and click/tap on Problem with order, Get help, or Contact seller next to the item.
Follow the prompts in the Seller Messaging Assistant, selecting the most relevant topic for your inquiry (e.g., Shipping, Product, Return).
If your specific issue isn't listed, choose options like "Other" or "None of these" to get to a text box where you can type your message.
Send your message; it will appear in your Buyer-Seller Messages (under Account > Your Messages), and the seller typically responds within two business days.

Thanks, I'll try that. Multiple buyer reviews mentioned no response via this method but I'll give it a shot

After clicking the link I found that I actually purchased this exact one back in 2024. TBH it has worked pretty well. The biggest issue I have is that the turn by turn instructions from whatever GPS app I use (Waze/Google Maps) sometimes don't play through the speakers. I've found that unplugging from the USB port and plugging it back in solves the issue, quickly reconnects, and picks up right were it was before unplugging. I think I paid $10 back then so $3.50 is a pretty good deal for a functional (for me at least) wireless carplay adapter. Using in a 2019 Ram.

I ordered this back when it was $20 or so. I think last year, it's glitchy after a month. Frequent disconnects and they "buy reviews". I think these prices are exit scams by them.

FWIW I got both the LuckyMore and the CarEase. Although the packaging and product look very similar/almost identical in cases, the LuckyMore would not connect to my car (2022 maverick) even after updating everything. The CarEase showed up immediately on my display, and seems to work as expected.
