$66 for shipping....hmmmm

Is everyone paying shipping, or am I doing something wrong?

Edit: tried to use paypal, that added shipping. switched to credit card, no shipping charge

If you need one of these, this is a buy now, think later kind of deal. Best receiver for the money for a 5.2.4 maxed out setup IMO.

If you don't need more than 9 channels and after Dirac, this is likely the best choice especially at this price!

It's a solid unit & easily competes with all the other 9 channel AVRs.

Keep in mind Onkyo is coming with its newer model RZ31, at the end of this year or beginning on 2027.

It's rumored that it may include access to Dirac's ART room correction.

Now TBH this is plenty good enough for most of the people in here imo.

Well it will have been at least 2 years since released. They're doing a whole new redesign with several different models.

Pretty good deal. I think you're paying double this for anything 100W per channel from Denon. I'm enjoying its baby brother, the TX-SR494, and will come for something like this next year.

For 9 channels only is the extra $200 with the price for the older, but more powerful rz50 in your opinion?

I love my rz30. So glad I got it. Dirac calibration sounds great after doing the setup.
